He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Bingman and Winnie Bingman; his brother David; his half-siblings, Glenn Bingman and Freida Newell; his nephews, Duane Ray and Michael Jay Bingman; and his sister-in-law Mary Bingman.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his grandchildren, Craig and Stephanie; his children, Craig Bingman (Michelle Lemech) and Stephanie Kice (Brian); his brothers, Richard Bingman (Beulah) and Kenneth "Jay" Bingman of Spring Hill, KS; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Channing Kice and Kai Lemech Bingman.
Victor Ray Bingman died from COVID19 on June 22, 2020, at the age of 82 in Spring Hill, Kansas.
