She was predeceased by: her mother Joann Barth. She is survived by: her husband Joe; her sons, Matthew and Sam; her siblings, Steve Barth (Meredith) of Atlanta and Julie Humbargar (Todd) of Olathe; and her stepmother Lezley Barth of Tucson. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Ann School Athletic Dept. (at the same address) would be greatly appreciated.

“July 18, 2020 Christine Isaacs wrote a sympathy message “Joe, Matthew and Sam, John and I were so sorry to hear of Susie's passing. I felt particularly badly that I was unaware of her illness. I assume she had a recurrence of breast cancer. Just know that even with limited contact since the passing of her Mother and my Dad when we were making regular annual trips to Kansas City, we have not forgotten her, you or your sons. Our hearts go out to you all, as well as our prayers. Bless you all, Ch”
