She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. Cooper. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Autrey and Beverly Zachariah; and her grandchildren, Nick Middleton (Christen), Benjamin Middleton, Courtney Zachariah (Joshua) and Dustin Dreiling. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
