He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Hardy Kendall and Grace Editha Reed. He is survived by: his sons, Forrest H. Kendall (Trey), Bradford C. Kendall (Kelly) of Prairie Village and Christopher B. Kendall (Ellen) of Northbrook; his grandchildren, Lauren Barker (Will) of Sugar Land, Ryan Kendall of Overland Park, Grant, Brooks, Lucy Kendall of Prairie Village, Charlie and Cody Kendall of Winnetka; his great grandchildren, Kendall, Hazel Barker of Sugar Land and Easton Kendall of Overland Park; and his sister Patricia Kendall Woodward.
In lieu of flowers, Skip would prefer a donation to the Alzheimer's Association or Ascend Hospice.
