He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion "Ike" and Betty Acker (Phillips); and his brother Steven. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ann Thomsen; his children, Erik (Lorie McKay) and Molly; his granddaughters, Ava and Raen; and his brother Andy (Janet). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
