He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira McKamy and Lois Burleson McKamy. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Herman McKamy; and his children, Lawrence Ray McKamy (Patricia), Brian Keith McKamy (Teresa), Galen Marsh McKamy (Chelsea) and Megan Baer McKamy Fowler (Julianne). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
