He is survived by: his daughter Stacie Lynn Sharp Milligan; his siblings, Jim (Velma Sharp), Janice (David Johnson), Joyce Utterback and Greg Sharp; his children, Jason (Jennifer Smith), Megan Cooper and Ethan (Katy Smith); his grandchildren, Chase Milligan, Alex Milligan, Emily Shawver, Christian Cooper, Sam Smith and Sadie Smith; and his great grandchildren, Urijah and Ryatt Milligan.
