She is survived by: her husband Daniel Perez; her son Charles Nelson Perez "Charlie"; the father of her child Daniel Perez; her parents, Kenny Marx and Judy Marx; her brothers, Kenny and Eddie Marx (Katie); and her nieces and nephews, Trey, Victoria, George, Tommy, Jack and Patrick.

In lieu of flowers, the family would suggest donations to Charlie's education at Learning Quest, PO Box 29202, Shawnee Mission, KS, 66201.
