He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Marx Sr. and Mildred Marx; his wife Judy; and his daughter Kimberly. He is survived by: his former wife Judith A. Nelson; his brother John Marx Jr. (Cathy); his sons, Kenny (Julie) and Eddie (Katie); and his grandchildren, Trey, Victoria, Charlie, George, Tommy, Jack and Patrick.
