Kathleen Flynn Mendenhall Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathleen Flynn Mendenhall (Prairie Village, Kansas), born in Marceline, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 7, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Flynn and Betty Flynn; and her sister Dr. Mary Felice Flynn. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Mendenhall; her daughter Amy Mendenhall Mansfield; her son-in-law Dan Mansfield; her granddaughter Emma Eklund; her grandchild-in-law Morgan Eklund; her brother Kevin Flynn; her sister-in-law Genevieve Flynn; and her niece Marissa Starke.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests consideration of a donation to The Marsha P. Johnson Institute or Breakthrough T1D (formerly known as Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) in her name.
