She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Fogleman and Audrey Fogleman (Hale); her husband Raymond Stafford; her sister Mary Jean Mosman; and her grandson Paul Frank.
She is survived by: her children, Terre Frank of Del Mar, CA, Patricia Oakley (Clyde) of Centennial, CO, Susan Smith (Kelly) of Overland Park, KS and Brad Stafford (Cindy) of Houston, MO; her grandson Aaron Oakley (Mary); and her children, Max Frank (Anna), Dylan Oakley (Christine), Rachel Smith Brudnicki (Keith), Gretchen Frank Zajac (Justyn), Tyler Smith (Tessa), Colin Oakley, Katelyn Stafford Bruno (Steve), Sarah Stafford (Casey Watkins) and Allison Stafford Friend (Noah). She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
