We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Jack Dean Moore of Prairie Village, Kansas, born in Wheeling, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Linda. He is survived by: his sister Mary Margaret McCamic (Moore); his siblings-in-law, Julie Neustadt (Grimshaw), Laurie White, Madelyn Dalgleish (White) and William Grimshaw (Bill); his sons, Dr. Charles Moore (Margot), G. Scott Moore (Jana) and David Moore; and his grandchildren, Grace, Maylee, Jack and Owen.

His family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Luke's Foundation.
