She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Eastlake Atha; her daughter Connie Atha (Donald W. Giffin); and her granddaughter Elizabeth Giffin. She is survived by: her brother Max E. Brown; her children, Emily Atha Boeshaar (Richard), Sally Atha Murguia (Ramon), Taylor Gordon Atha and Spencer Gordon Atha (Susan); her stepsons, Paul Giffin, Donald Giffin, Jr. and Mark Giffin; and her grandchildren, Timothy R. Boeshaar (Karin), Bradley A. Boeshaar (Claire), Rebecca Boeshaar, R. Miguel Murguia, Amalia A. Murguia and Ashton Atha. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
Memorial Contributions. In lieu of flowers, gifts to the Salvation Army can be made in the name of Esther Brown Atha Giffin.
