He was predeceased by: his wife Karen; his brother Richard Porter; and his mother Lillian Porter. He is survived by: his children, Debra Gill (George), David Porter (Carol) and Barbra Hill (Ron); and his grandchildren, Rachel, Lindsay Gill, Sophia, Joseph Porter, Alec and Jaden Hill.
