He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane Warren Price and Edward Cramer Price. He is survived by: his sons, Edward Cramer Price III (Tuck) and Christopher Haworth Price; his wife Carol; his sons, Tuck Price (Greg), Chris Price (Angie) and Matt Price; his grandchildren, Emma Price and Colin Price; and his sisters, Janet Greenbaum and Cacki Smith (Les). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and god-children.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Boys & Girls Club of Kansas City, Wayside Waifs, or Children's Mercy Hospital.
