She is survived by: her former spouse Dana Horner (Gus); her nieces and nephews, Bryan Foster (Julie), Thomas Foster (Marcus), Andrea Foster, Thomas Horner IV (TJ), Justin Horner (Stacey), Jake Horner (Rachel), Jordan Frederes (Patrick Howell), Daniel Nichols, Brock Horner, David Barth (Jill), Kate Moore (Stephen), Andrew Barth (Brett Ashley), Jackson and Mackenzie Adriano; her husband Gus Horner of Overland Park, KS; her children, Christopher J. Horner (Shannon) of Dallas, TX and Margaret K. Horner (Mycol Bowen) of Overland Park, KS; her mother Sandra M. Foster (Muntzel) of Overland Park, KS; her brother Dr. Michael Foster of Brownsville, TX; and her siblings-in-law, Becky Nichols (Larry), Thomas Horner III (Shelly), Brock Horner (Barbara) and Debby Williamson (Rick).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Beth's name to Growing Futures or Village Presbyterian Church.
