He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter J. Rupke and Freda L. Rupke (Schemper); his wife JoAnn; his children, Vance M. Rupke of Jennings, KS and Emma A. Rupke of Topeka, KS; and his sisters, Shirley Henrickson (Art) of Logan, KS and Wanda Rahjes (Doug) of Kensington, KS. He was also cherished by many cousins, nephews and nieces.
