He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Frayer and Janet Laurance Frayer; his wife Cheryl Frayer; his adoptive son Fred White of Horton, Kansas; and his siblings, Sarah Levert of Hiawatha, Kansas, Alvin Frayer of St. Joseph, John Frayer of Hiawatha and Robert Frayer of Chanute. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
