She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Sylvester and Lillian Naureth Sylvester; and her great grandchild William Pollock. She is survived by: her husband Harold Jahnke; her daughters, Sharilyn Pollock (Bill) of Powhattan, Shauna Nye (Don) of Powhattan and Shelia Heiniger (Cory) of Fairview; her brother Elgene Sylvester (Nola) of Wamego; and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Luke, Noah, Jerod, Sarah, Tony, Erica, Mandy, Connie and Heidi.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Gladys Jahnke Memorial Fund to be designated later, sent in care of Chapel Oaks Funeral Home, 12 S 7th St., Hiawatha 66434.
