He was predeceased by: his parents, Wister Willis and Eula Willis (Bishop); and his siblings, Earl Willis, Travis Willis Sr. and Helen Kiezer.
He is survived by: his wife Lesa Willis; his daughters, Angela Stout (Jonathon), Robyn Frey (Jeremy) and Jessica Shaver (Lucas); his grandchildren, Clark Shaver, Alexander Stout, Katie Frey, Chloe Shaver and Evie Frey; and his sisters, Betty Hoard, Linda Strange and Bobbie Willis.
