He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Allen and Myra Jean Putney (Collins); his son Jake Putney; and his brother Doug Putney. He is survived by: his children, Rachell Will (T. J.) of Lawrence, Justin Putney, Alyssa Kennington, Janessa Putney and Joshua Lute of Ottawa; his siblings, Dale Putney of Topeka and Barb Putney of Topeka; his grandchildren, Daelynn, Rhayna, Blake, Haedyn, Aaliyah, Ryker, Anita and Gabe; and his great grandchild Wyatt.
