She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Dwight and Donna Englehart (Henderson); and her siblings, Tina Marie Poe and Rick Englehart. She is survived by: her husband Steve Cummings. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and many, many friends.
