He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland P. Ferris, Sr. and Amy L. Ferris (Burgess); his spouse Shirley Foulk; and his siblings, Dorothy Evans, Phyllis Ferris and Dale Ferris.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Saffer-Ferris of Williamsburg, Beth Runnells of Pomona, Rolland P. Ferris III of Pomona and Kenneth Ferris (Janelle) of Vassar; and his siblings, Jim Ferris (Linda), Martha Ruffer (Joe), Bill Ferris (Carol), Marion Ferris (Monica), Butch Ferris (Sandy), David Ferris (Tara) and Kay Napp (Johnny). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
