He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Langley and Dortha Todd Langley; his daughter Deborah Langley; and his brothers, Jack, Elmerlee, Raymond and Dale Dean.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Altom; his children, L. Jeff Langley (Andrea Robinson) of Worcester, Massachusetts and Leanna Streeter (Rex) of Overbrook, Kansas; and his brother Dwight Langley (Elaine) of Ottawa, Kansas. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
