She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cook and Emma Cook (Kline); and her husband Jerald W. "Jerry" Johnson. She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Johnson (Shelly) of Pomona and Jerald Johnson (Misty) of Ottawa; her brother Clifford Cook of California, Maryland; and her grandchildren, Camron Johnson, Emma Johnson and Avery Johnson.
Mrs. Johnson will lie in state from 5:00 P. M. to 8:00 P. M., Wednesday, May 13, 2020, at Dengel & Son Mortuary where family and friends may pay their respects staying in compliance with COVID-19 restrictions.
