He is survived by: his wife Betty Driver of Pomona; his children, Bill Driver of Garnett, Jim Bob Driver (Sherilyn) of Lecompton, Roger Driver (Ann) of Pomona, Charles Driver (Neva) of Emporia and Judy Rangel (Paul) of Emporia; his siblings, Howard Driver (Jeanne) of Ottawa, Peggy Friesen (Bob) of Topeka and Veda Rogers (Bruce) of Highlands Ranch; and his sister-in-law Ruth Driver of Topeka. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren, a great-great-granddaughter, several nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
