He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Miller and Rebecca Miller (Chandler); and his siblings, Norman Miller and Sharon Anderson. He is survived by: his children, Michael G. Miller (Patti) of Tulsa, Gary C. Miller (Pam) of Ottawa, Charlene Howard (John) of Ravenna and Kris Miller of Pomona; his sister Betty Johnson of Overland Park; and his wife Georgia. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
