He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clayton and Gertrude Scott (Hopkins); his wife Rosa L. Wimberley; his son David Scott; and his siblings, Dan, Charles, Roger, Norman, John, Audrey, Joyce and Icel.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond Scott of San Antonio, James Scott (Martha) of Littleton, Thomas Scott of San Antonio, Roseann Higgs (Bud) of Cedar Point, Cindy Mendell of Ottawa and Wayne Scott (Stephanie) of Gardner, Kansas; and his brothers, Wallace Scott of Golden City and Ben Scott (Laura) of Washburn, Missouri. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
The family is postponing the service due to COVID-19 and will reschedule.
