He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Miller and Opal Davis Miller. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Myers; his sons, Darrell, Kenneth and Brian Miller; and his brothers, Leonard, Edward, Paul and Dennis Miller. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
