He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Edgar and Mary Lorene Moslander McGinnis; and his sister Brenda McGinnis Ungeheuer. He is survived by: his wife Marylin McGinnis; his children, Brandon McGinnis (Becky), Angela McGinnis McElwain and Jennifer McGinnis (Ashley); his stepchildren, Chet Hunter (Ale) and Charlotte Hunter Springer (Isaac); his grandchildren, Dalton McGinnis (Marlee), Rylee McGinnis, Eli McGinnis, Gage McGinnis, Creed McGinnis, Skyler McElwain and Tanner McElwain; his stepgrandchildren, Mirage Hunter, Mach Hunter, Austin Hunter, Wyatt Springer and Rayne Campbell; his sister Jana McGinnis King (Glen); his brother-in-law David Ungeheuer; and his nieces and nephews, Christel Torneden, Karah Ungeheuer Norton (Cory), Kolby Ungeheuer (Kathi) and Erich Torneden.
