She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Phlieger and Matilda Phlieger (Weigel); her husband Fred Koehler; her son Thomas Koehler; her siblings, Everett Phlieger, Edgar Phlieger (Joan) and Rosemary Roberts (George); and her grandchildren, Toby Hake, Heather Koehler and Hermione Koehler-Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Thelma Nickelson (Neil) of Hays, KS, Rebecca Hake (Dean) of Hutchinson, KS, Claire Koehler (David Groves) of La Habra, CA, Andrea Linder (Douglas) of Pittsburg, KS, Gretta Koehler-Jones of Lee Summit, MO and Daniel Koehler of San Francisco, CA; her daughter-in-law Brenda Koehler of Mercer Island, WA; her siblings, James Phlieger (Bonnie) of Jacksonville, TX, Virginia "Ginger" Kroos (Fred) of Olathe, KS and Lorraine Hessler (Don) of Bennett, CO; and her sister-in-law Marceline Phlieger of Russell, KS. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
