He is survived by: his former wife Connie Bell; his wife Leona Bird; his children, Rhonda Weingrad (Mark) of Great Bend, KS, Brian Bird (Ashley) of Richfield, NC, Shane Bird (Lauren) of Oberlin, KS and Travis Bird (Katelin) of Plainville, KS; his siblings, Mary Jane "Janie" Davault of St. John, KS and Clair Bird of Ponca City, OK; his grandchildren, Ashley, Autumn, Ryanne, Jayden, Kennedy, Lanie, Lexie and Taysom; and his great grandchild Mac.
