He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Pywell and Effie Pywell (Ouderkirk); his brother George Pywell; his in-laws, Paul, June Mayhew, Gary Mayhew, Lois Pywell, Harry Young and Dale Hiser; his grandson Jesse Miller; and his son-in-law Raymond Scott Klawonn.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Tracy A. Miller (J. R.) of Edgerton, Jill A. Wechsler (Kirby) of Ellis and Brandee A. Klawonn of Charleston, Illinois; his siblings, Florann Young of Meridian, Leroy Pywell of Wichita, Wilma Hiser of Cleveland, Beverly Barr of Nampa, Idaho, Carolin Pywell, Dave and Paula Koehler of Plainville, Kansas; his grandchildren, Chase Wechsler, Kyle Wechsler (Maddie), Nathaniel Wechsler and Donette Klawonn; and his great grandchildren, Braelynn Wechsler, Rustin Wechsler, Jettison Miller, Charlotte Miller, Eliott Miller, Archer Wechsler and Caiden Erwin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
