He is survived by: his wife Judy Meitler; his children, Doug Werner (Mary) of Fort Scott, Dave Werner of Hays, Rick Werner (Karen) of Plainville, Kenneth Werner (Amelia) of Hays, Jeff Werner (Sami) of Codell, Rusty Werner (Marianne) of Codell, Kansas and Debra Bruhl (Dallas) of Salina, Kansas; his siblings, Vernon Werner of Flagler, CO and Mary Lee Schmidtberger (Eddie) of Pratt, KS; his sisters-in-law, Irene Fellhoelter of Plainville, Loretta Hinca of Plainville, Lavonne Werner of Plainville and Jacki Werner of Plainville; and his stepchildren, Teresa, Gaylene, Kaylene, Rod and Terry. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter.
