He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Wise and Ietta Mae Wise (Hrabe); and his grandparents, Fred, Amy Wise, James and Goldie Hrabe of Plainville.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joan McIntyre (Jeff) of Florence, AZ, Lonnie Wise (Kathy) of Russell, KS, Vickie Ashbaugh (Jack) of Hill City, KS, Pat Mills-Harbert (Alvin) of Warr Acres, OK and Fred Wise (Val) of Cheney, KS.; his aunts and uncles, Wilma Reed, Daisy Stagner, Creta Hilgers, Agnes Hrabe, Alfred Reed, Shorty Stagner, Hallas Hrabe and Jake Hrabe; his brother-in-law Mike Mills; and his nephew Michael Andrew Mills (Kelsea) of Oklahoma.
