He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Hammerschmidt and Barbara Hammerschmidt (Finnesy). He is survived by: his wife Deanna of Plainville; his daughter Mia of Plainville; and his sisters, Margaret Plante (Leon) of Plainville, Mona Allbee (James) of Edmond and Jennifer Stull (Dustin) of Natoma. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
