She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeremiah Forgue and Rosalie Forgue (Ducharme); her siblings, Leon, Medas "Cricket", Armond, Leonard Forgue, Velma Gilbert, Lorena Kern and Beatrice Bedore; and her son-in-law Ed Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Renee Johnson of Great Bend, Suzanne Hachmeister (Marv) of Scottsdale and Colette Langley (Doug) of Mesa, Arizona; her grandson Ash Hachmeister (KyLee) of Phoenix, Arizona; and her great grandchildren, Hudson and Ryder Hachmeister. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
