Baldwin (Plainville, Kansas), born in Hays, Kansas, who passed away on March 18, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Baldwin and Lila Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Karen Baldwin; his daughters, Tammy Devero of Stockton and Amy Williams of Topeka; his brother Steve Baldwin (Thea) of Plainville; his brother-in-law Roger Axelson (Brenda) of Plainville; and his grandchildren, Rachel Devero, Zachery Devero, Jacob Williams and Emily Williams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
