She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Cokeley and Hazel Cokeley (Povenmire); her husband Jerome Balthazor; her son Donald Balthazor; her siblings, Clarence "Nut", Glenn "Moon", Ron, Russell Cokeley, Charlene Cokeley and Louise Hrabe; her great grandchildren, T. J. Harry and William Harry; and her daughter-in-law Jody Balthazor.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Linville (Steve) of Ponca City, OK, Ronald Balthazor (Ann) of Lexington, NE and Marty Balthazor of Plainville; and her sister JoAnn Phillips (Raymond) of WaKeeney. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
