She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert F. Voss and Irene B. Voss (Adams); and her siblings, Blanche Evelyn, William Alfred, Ralph Frederick, Grace Brown and Joyce Elliott (Artie).
She is survived by: her daughters, Carey Wingett (Ken) and Mari Tucker (Mike); her sisters, Shirley Cheatum, Alice Sneath (Earl) and Marilyn Rodgers (James); her sister-in-law Glenda Voss; her grandchildren, Michelle Burch, Heather Redd and Lee Tucker; her great grandchildren, Jalessa Jackson, Mariah Jackson, Ebon'e Jackson and Cayden Tucker; and her great great grandchild Rayne Elise Brobst. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Plumer-Overlease Funeral Home (320 2nd St SW, Plainville, KS 67663). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Christ Lutheran Church (106 E 8th St, Ellis, KS 67637). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at the Mount Hope Cemetery (900 E 12th St, Ellis, KS 67637).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to FHSU Foundation - Ralph F. Voss/Elvon and Ruby Feldkamp Scholarship, or the Christ Lutheran Church in Ellis and may be sent to Plumer-Overlease Funeral Home, 320 SW 2nd, Plainville, KS 67663.
