He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his daughters, Gladys "Sue" Hays (Lee) of Overland Park, KS and Sarah Plunk (Cleon) of Coweta, OK; his stepchildren, David Spear (Diane) of Jennings, OK, Donita Kaare (John) of Olney, IL and Tracy Orr (Gary) of Oberlin, KS; his grandchildren, Rachel Pittner (David), Ryan Hays (Mary) and Nickolas Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Jake Pittner, Jamie Pittner and Noah Johnson.
A private family service will be held due to COVID-19 with a Celebration of Life service to be set and announced at a later date.
