He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Riley and Ima Kaye Shaffer (Sutherland); his daughter Rebecca Riley; and his grandchildren, Phoenix Wise and Cecilia Graf.
He is survived by: his wife Regina (Schrandt); his children, Rochelle Frederick (Jason) of Bella Vista, Matthew Riley (Lydia) of Great Bend, Mike Riley of Hays and Mark Riley (Brittany) of Plainville; his stepchildren, K. C. Kraushaar (Gwen) of Phillipsburg, Nicole Wise of Manhattan, Lacy Graf (Shawn) of Abilene, Mandy Jacobs (Nathan) of Smith Center and Joe Kraushaar (Katelyn) of Hudson, Kansas; and his sister Linda Murphy of Hays, Kansas.. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
