He was predeceased by: his sister Delma Shoulders; his close friend Patty Kramer; and his mother Stella. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Joe; his friend Ellis Counties; his former wife Mary Ann Longnecker; his daughters, Amy McConchie and Jennifer Magness; his son-in-law Steve Nicholas of Wagoner, OK; his daughter Erin Holland; his son-in-law Tim Holland of Reno, NV; his daughter Briar McConchie of Kerrville, TX; and his grandsons, Trevor Magness (Elise Collingsworth), Bryce Magness, Jacoby Magness and Tater Tot. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to another provider of excellent care to both Dale and his mother Stella; the Meals on Wheels Program with the Plainville Senior Citizen Center, 108 S Jefferson St, Plainville, KS 67663.
