She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward T. Pozalek and Josephine T. Pozalek (Tuzicka); and her brother James Pozalek. She is survived by: her husband Joe Leikam of Plainville; her sons, Taylor Leikam of Plainville and Travis Leikam (Tiana) of Manhattan, KS; her sisters, Margaret Pozalek of LaCrosse, KS and Rita Holmes of Centennial, CO; and her grandson Ben Leikam of Manhattan. She is also survived by 3 nieces and 2 nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church -Plainville (206 N Washington St, Plainville, KS 67663). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Parish Vigil Service & Rosary. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church -Plainville (206 N Washington St, Plainville, KS 67663).
