Neal Foster Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2023, at the age of 82, Neal Foster in Plains, Kansas, born in Portales, New Mexico passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Neal Foster to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Evert and Bonnie Inez Foster (Sherman); and his son-in-law Paul Price. He is survived by: his wife Ravenna P. Waide; and his daughters, Kelly Osbourne (Brian) of Stanton, Stephanie Lee (John) of Kismet and Barbara Price of Midland, Texas. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
The family would welcome memorials to the Lone Tree Retirement Center in care of the funeral home.
