He was predeceased by: his parents, C. H. "Dutch" Clawson and Bernice Pauline Clawson (Beaver); his wife Mary Ruth; his son Andrew Jerome Clawson; his granddaughter Heidi Grace Clawson; his great grandchild Wesley Kade Klahr; and his siblings, Max, Rodney, Chuck and Wanda Stevens.
He is survived by: his children, Marilyn Giles (Greg), Dan Clawson (Tamra), David Clawson (Jeanne), Kenby Clawson (Lana) and Mary Beth Woods (Brent); his grandchildren, Abby Giles, Betsy Giles, Matthew Giles (Tami), Josiah Giles, Cooper Clawson (Leah), Jacqueline Klahr (Dean), Walker Clawson (Laura), Gatlin Clawson, Korben Clawson, Layne Clawson (Rachel), Ann Clawson, Carl Clawson, Kyla Larson (Brady), Kendal Clawson (Caroline), Kurtis Clawson (Paige), Kathryn Spraggins (Corey), Adeline Woods, Emmett Woods and Audy Woods; his sisters, Ella Mae Clawson, Margaret Bell and Karen Seyb (Bill); and his sister-in-law Jo Alice Clawson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
The family welcomes memorials to the Plains Methodist Church or to the charity of the donor's choice in care of the funeral home.
