He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Brian (Terri), Darin (Kathy) and Jill Coffey (Jim); and his grandchildren, Sydney Headrick of Huntington Beach, CA, Slade Headrick (Kendra), Kyle Coffey (Trista), Newton, Taylor Headrick (Lexie) of Manhattan, KS, Cody Headrick (Brie) and Lexi Vlasic (Zlatko) of Irvine, CA.. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
