It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna L. Foster (Plains, Kansas), born in Cimarron, Kansas, who passed away on April 10, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Douglas Perkins. She is survived by: her parents, James Goodnight and Eileen Goodnight (Perkins); her spouse Denn Bromwell; her children, Pat Bromwell of Runaway Bay, Brett Bromwell of Pampa and Jan Hicks of Moore; her half-brother Mike Perkins of Tulsa; and her stepbrother Norman Perkins of Norman. She is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
