He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Marjorie Frances Foster (Brown); his siblings-in-law, Sue Venard, Rusty Venard and Dale Vanderpool; and his great grandchild Finn.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Venard; his children, Mindy Schmidlkofer (Willie) of Plains and Dennis Foster (Nicole) of Meade; his siblings, Leslie Foster (Regina) of Dennison, Michael Foster (Pat) of Annapolis, Larry Foster of Meade, Leroy Foster (Shelly) of Edmond, Oklahoma and Kathy Shelman (Larry) of Plains; his grandchildren, Derek, Kade and Kali; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Vanderpool of Meade and John Venard (Melissa) of Plains.
The family would welcome memorials to the Friends of the Meade State Lake in care of the funeral home.
