He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Pearson; his children, Chad Walker of Tulsa, OK, Gabe Walker (Jestine) of Tulsa, OK and Brooke Rogers (Jacob) of Tulsa, OK; his stepsons, Cory Peak (Jena) of Asbury, MO, Christopher Peak (Michelle) of Carthage, MO and Matthew Peak (Krista) of Webb City, MO; his siblings, Ron Walker of Florida, Michael Walker of Pittsburg, Susie Edwards of Kansas City, MO, Jody Flora of Pittsburg, Nancy Daugherty of Pittsburg and Marilyn Short of Frontenac; his grandchildren, Kinzlee Walker, Cashton Walker, Lily Walker and Nora Rogers; and his stepgrandchildren, Kendall Peak, Keaton Peak, Kelsey Peak, Aubree Peak, Ainslee Peak, Sylas Peak, Kolbie Peak and Kase Peak.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Brenner Mortuary (114 E 4th St, Pittsburg, KS 66762).
The family suggests memorials be given to the J.L. Hutchinson Baseball League.
